Unified Policy for Website Registration

This Membership Policy & Agreement combines HostX Culture, Terms & Conditions, and Marketing & Promotion Rights into one standard policy applicable to all Members who register through the HostX website.

1. Introduction

By registering as a Member of HostX LLC (“HostX”), the individual (“Member”) agrees to comply with all policies, guidelines, and terms outlined in this Membership Policy & Agreement.

This agreement governs:

• Member conduct
• Use of HostX facilities
• Marketing rights
• Content ownership
• Privacy and data use
• Termination rights

Continued use of HostX services signifies acceptance of all terms stated herein.

2. HostX Culture & Community Principles

HostX is a community built on creativity, respect, and collaboration. All Members agree to:

Inclusion & Diversity

HostX welcomes creators of all backgrounds. Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or beliefs is strictly prohibited.

Professionalism

Members must conduct themselves with honesty, integrity, and professionalism during all HostX activities, events, online engagements, and collaborations.

Community Support

Members are expected to contribute positively to the HostX ecosystem by supporting fellow creators, sharing knowledge, and promoting a collaborative spirit.

Ethical Content Standards

HostX prohibits:

• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Inflammatory or harmful content
• Misconduct that negatively affects the community

HostX may suspend membership for violations.

Confidentiality & Trust

Members must protect HostX’s confidential information, including internal operations, partnerships, strategies, and non-public data.

Positive Representation

Members agree to represent HostX in ways that reflect professionalism, respect, and alignment with HostX’s mission and values.

3. Terms & Conditions of Participation

Compliance

Members must comply with all Qatar laws and HostX policies governing events, content creation, and facility use.

Intellectual Property

HostX owns all proprietary strategies, concepts, operational materials, and training content.

Any content created within HostX facilities or using HostX resources may be used by HostX for marketing, PR, or commercial purposes with appropriate credit.

Confidentiality

Members may not share HostX’s confidential or proprietary information without written authorization.

Termination & Suspension

HostX may suspend or terminate membership if:

• The Member violates HostX policies
• The Member harms HostX’s reputation
• The Member engages in misconduct
• The Member fails to comply with legal requirements

Liability & Safety

Members acknowledge:

• Participation at HostX facilities is voluntary
• They assume all risks associated with their activities
• HostX is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages unless caused by HostX’s gross negligence
• Members must comply with all safety instructions

4. Marketing & Promotion Rights

By registering on the HostX website, the Member grants HostX LLC ongoing permission to:

• Use the Member’s name, face, voice, likeness, and digital identity
• Photograph, record, and publish content featuring the Member
• Use workshop, studio, or event footage
• Use all materials in HostX marketing, PR, advertising, paid campaigns, newsletters, website content, documentaries, and partner promotions
• Use content created within HostX facilities or programs for commercial and non-commercial purposes

Marketing Rights Consent Statement

“Consent is hereby granted to HostX LLC to use the Member’s name, face, and public digital identity for marketing and promotional purposes throughout the Member’s involvement with HostX, unless this contract is terminated by either party or the Member provides written notice limiting such use.”

This consent remains valid for the duration of the Member’s participation unless revoked in writing.

5. Data Privacy & Protection

HostX will collect and process Member data in compliance with Qatari privacy laws.

HostX will:

• Use Member data only for operational, community, or marketing purposes
• Protect data with reasonable security measures
• Not sell or share Member data with unauthorized third parties

Members consent to the use of their data when registering on the website.

6. Acceptance of Agreement

By registering through the HostX website or mobile application, the Member confirms:

• They have read and understood this Membership Policy & Agreement
• They accept all cultural, legal, and operational terms
• They consent to HostX’s marketing and content usage policies
• They agree to follow HostX rules, expectations, and conduct standards

Continued membership indicates acceptance of any updated versions of this policy.
